is just why I think, unbeknownst to Dutera, why they chose me to do this topic and mostly it's because I never used to meditate whatsoever.

I'm also going to talk about what meditation is, what it isn't, who needs meditation and why I believe essential oils are vitally

important to this practice and what it has done to change my practice in meditation.

And finally, I'm going to take you through a guided meditation in the end.

So first, who am I and why am I talking about this? Well, if you had asked any of my

friends, they would be probably wondering the same thing. Before I began my meditation practice

that I currently have, I was not even actually for meditation.

And I really, truly thought that it just was not good for me.

In fact, I became anxious just thinking about it.

And I know many of you out there may be feeling the same way.

Like, Donna, I try to do this meditation thing, but I end up just feeling worse about myself and that I can't do it right.

And, you know, that it just, I want to get up and walk away.

And that for sure was me. And then I tried going to a group meditation thinking that's going to help me.

And what it ended up doing was making me just

want to run away because I'm seeing all of these people seemingly do this effortlessly and I'm

looking around the room going came by my thoughts they're just going crazy and I can't stop them
