Somewhere in the ring is part of the E1 Podcast Network. On a cold night in the winter of 1972 in the Netherlands, one of the strangest UFO

encounters unfolded in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. The incident is almost

completely forgotten over half a century later. But for those who were a

part of it, it remains a night in the Netherlands to truly remember.

This is the incident in Sosterburg. Okay. This is somewhere in the skies with Ryan's bread. Oh, At around 4.30 a.m. on March 25th, 1972 in Sostreberg. John Brunier was asleep when he was suddenly awakened by a strong buzzing sound.

I thought I had left my stereo system on and the noise was coming from there.

However, when I glanced over to the stereo, I could see that it was switched off.

As he looked around the ground floor room where he slept, he suddenly became aware of a bright light that was coming from outside.

He immediately got out of bed and made his way to the window.
