The Appalachian Trail stretches 2,200 miles between Georgia and Maine, passing through 14 states along the ancient Appalachian mountain range of the eastern United States.

This is something I started doing more often in the last few years, and it has a lot to do with

phrase we've heard. I need to do that by hiking. So you get out there, you forget about your phone

for a while, and you just breathe and look around and enjoy

nature. Yeah, I do the same. It's nice just to be surrounded, like be immersed in it, right? Get away

from the city for a bit. And even the small town that I live in, just to get away from people

and just be out there, I find I do a lot of my best thinking while hiking as well.
