Welcome back to our Valentine's edition of In the Trenchins. And no, Brian Bush is not my Valentine,

but we may touch on that subject a little bit later. Coming up today, we've got Jay Harbaugh as we

review the running back position. I want to give you a heads up. Next week, we will have Josh

Gaddis. We'll talk about that more later in reviewing the offense and the wide receivers

and next week's edition of In the Trenches. Let's go in the trenches with John Jansen. The former

Wolverines captain in Michigan Sports Hall of Famer will take you inside the locker room with players

and coaches. They play a selfish position unselfishly. They help each other out. You know, they really bring out

the best in each other. And, you know, we put together a good spring with that kind of mindset.

And same through summer and fall camp. I think the result will be really special.

And for all that we've been through throughout the course of this last year with Coach B-Line and now Joanne Howard,

the ups and downs of the basketball season, last Saturday, Michigan had the most important score of the basketball season, and that was beating

those dirty dogs from East Lansing, the Spartans, and they scored a total, Michigan scored a

total of 77 points. I thought that was very important. That is key, John. That is a shout out to you.

Every player, they said they wore the black socks in honor of the Fab Five, and they scored

77 because of John Janssen.

Uh-huh.
