Well, Michigan wins the Big Ten opener, 31 to 7 against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, and it was a really

good performance to start the Big Ten season. Some good performances. We saw it from Mikey Sanristill,

J.J. McCarthy, Blake Horn, we could go right down the list, but we're going to come back in

just a moment and talk about the rest of this game and the rest of the team as they enter the Big Ten season.

And at this point, I want to bring in my partner, Brian Bush,

to talk a little bit more about the game. John, let's start with the defense. Once again,

a tremendous performance, not quite 60 minutes, that one blunder on play three of the day, but

otherwise this defense was outstanding. Yeah, and we've come accustomed to holding this defense to an

unbelievably high standard. And last week, we were complaining about a 30-yard completion and a 33-yard

completion and a guy that was open in the end zone but wasn't hit. And today we're going to,

and this week, we're going to talk about one 69-yard pass play.
