On Thursday's Conquering Heroes, excited to have Fred Richard, the reigning Big Ten gymnast of the championships for the

Big Ten Champion, Michigan men's gymnastics program.

Excited to have him on Thursday morning.

A lot of great things going on in gymnastics.

But before we go any further, I do want to bring in my partner, Mr. Brian Bush, who had the

I think my favorite part of it, John, was coach Mike Hart saying at the end that the two-point
