We're excited about that.

We're going to cover just a little bit of that.

We did last week, but we'll touch on that and we'll talk about what's going on currently

in Michigan football.

This is In the Trenches.

Let's go in the trenches with John Jansen.

The former Wolverines captain in Michigan Sports Hall of Famer will take you inside the locker

room with players and coaches. Just to have the opportunity to go out there with my brothers

one more time this year. It's going to be, it's going to mean a lot. I dreamt, you know, my freshman year

of being able to go out in my fifth year and just go out with pride.

Finishing out the year on a win.

It just is a great bookend for everybody and springboards, you know, the team that's going to come back for next year.

This weekend I was able to catch up after the Michigan Football Award Show on Sunday at the Chrysler Center with Ben Bredesen, offensive lineman, captain of this football team, Shea Patterson, and this year's MVP, Chase Winnevich.

We'll have those interviews coming up, but before we get there, one of our segments that we've been doing over the course of this football season, I'm going to bring in Brian Bush. We get a little seven from 77 today.

We do, John. And first things first, you mentioned that award ceremony, one that you emceed. I want you to take fans through your weekend because it was an interesting

one, wasn't it? It was. I was all set up to watch Big Ten basketball. There was, I think, 10 games

on Saturday, had the recorder going. I had the everything I had all set up for a nice, relaxing

Saturday afternoon. Army Navy was playing. I was going to get ready to

watch that classic. Then I had the phone ring, and it was Mr. Dave Abloff, good friend of mine
