Welcome back, friends, and we'll get to Jared Irons, two-time captain leading tackler at the University of Michigan.

And his time here.

We'll get to him in just a few minutes, but I want to get to seven from 77 because the conversation I had with Jared, it's an emotional roller coaster.

And it went for about 40 minutes, So I want to make sure that you have

enough energy to make it through all 40 minutes of that conversation with Jared Irons.

But before we get there, 7 from 77 and my partner, Brian Bush. Yeah, John, I was worried

you weren't going to get through that one based on some of the

conversations you had at the end of it. So it's a doozy, dare I say, similar to a locker room

speech, but the result of the game was well known. It was. And I had a buildup to it. I was ready
