And I'm Bethan. Welcome back everybody and thank you for

joining us once again this week. A massive thank you before we begin to everybody who sent in a nice

little review or if you sent us a bad one as well because, you know, all feedback is good feedback.

But we really appreciated everybody

who just kind of understood what we were trying to explain last week that it's easy,

isn't it? When you have a bad experience or you're not happy with something to get a bit grumpy

and right about it, but we don't always say when we do enjoy something. So if you're listening

to this and you join us week after week, thank you for telling other people why you do. How are you, Mark?

Although I don't have to put a very happy face on because it's probably going to be a sad case because they all are.

We've got triple the sadness as well this week. We've got three separate sad cases. So don't put on a happy face mark. Just keep your, keep your sad, miserable,

sort of, I don't know what the word. Sad miserable, I don't know what the word is.

Sad and miserable will suffice, I think. How are you, Bethan? I'm actually all right. I'm good.

Good. I'm recording in a different room again, though, because the room that I usually

recording is again really hot, so we're going to have to work out something because it's just

going to be hot forever now, otherwise with the summer.

So I need to get some new blinds, I think, that will block out the sun really well.
