November 16, 1990

He was just two years old when he died

Sandra, Billy's mother will never forget the last time she saw her little boy

It was November 15, 1990

She got herself and two small children ready for the day

She was going to work and Billy and his sister were going to their babysitter's house

When they arrived, Sandy took the kids inside the house to see their babysitter

Her name was Tony Gunter, she was 28 at the time
