| 1:42.3 | or tilt your head from side to side, gently rubbing the side of your neck. |

| 2:11.6 | Wiggle your toes and then relax them notice any other part of your body that's holding tension and focus on relaxing that muscle. |

| 3:37.0 | And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters. |

| 3:48.6 | Let there be light, and there was light. |
| 3:54.6 | And God saw that the light was good. |
