Somebody asked me in Iowa.

So yeah, they said, hey, you know, I have a canine unit. Do you think it's wise that I can, I should

deploy my dog blah blah. And I said, look, remember, on a stop, the courts have said you have the right to issue

with summons or not issue with

summons do NCIC check check DMV if you were calling a sentence this

exactly how I said to him I said if you're calling your dispatch center to

run somebody is that typically what you would do? Because yes, I go,

how long before you get a full return back that they've checked this person to clear them

for any warrants or found warrants or confirming warrants? It goes two minutes. I go, so two minutes of

this extra time that we're not using properly for a canine handler, right?

Because I just had a conversation with somebody and they advocated they've been dictator told differently.

And again, this is just totally reading, taking all this, collecting all this data, saying,

okay, what are we doing here to solve this? But in reality, what says that you, in those two minutes,
