Now, John, today is inauguration day here in the United States, and people's emotions are running

the gamut. A lot of people are thrilled thrilled and a lot of people are disheartened and

probably angry and even scared. So let me simply ask you, John, what is your perspective?

My perspective is that what happened in the election is exactly what God intended to happen.

And I've said this so many times in this climate. What happens politically, what happens economically,

what happens culturally in our country has nothing to do with the kingdom of God.

Jesus said, my kingdom is not of this world. Otherwise, my servants would fight. We don't fight because we're not trying to conquer

the world. The world is already under the complete control of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is

king, and in his good time, he will return and establish his earthly kingdom. So we who are Christ, are citizens of that

kingdom, God is on his throne, Christ is his appointed ruler, and God always does what is right

and best. And when things don't go well, we can say it's the judgment of God. And when they do go well, we can say

it's the blessing of God. But in any case, it is God at work. We have to understand, again,

the kingdom of this world has nothing to do with the kingdom of our God and of His Christ. It will stand. It will be built. Jesus said,
