I am here with a complete solo episode. If you follow me on Instagram, this isn't gonna come as a shocker

but I have been very unwell, health-wise throughout the entire month of September and I've been learning a ton,

a ton of angel messages have been coming in, a ton of just miracles have been happening and so I wanted to take time to just be with you today and and share all of this with you.

So no intro, here we go. So at about the end of August, I woke up one day and I couldn't walk up the steps, I couldn't walk down the street to the bus stop with my daughter.

And I couldn't talk for long periods of time without this very, very severe pain in my chest. That to be completely honest feels like a heart attack, right?

Or what I imagined it to feel like because I've never had one. The pain was so severe that when I would do my sessions, I would get off the phone and just be in tears for at least an hour afterwards

because of this pain inside my chest. So I went to the ER one day because I called my general doc, they're like, you can't come in for that, you know, you gotta go to the ER for that.

So I went into the ER and they go, okay, well you're not having a heart attack, good news is your heart checks out, but you have pluralcy, which I guess is inflammation of the lungs, where the lungs can even be touching.

And they said, here's some heavy duty pain meds, lay down, be on bed rest for two weeks. So I lay down, I'm on bed rest for two weeks and it gets worse.

And I'm like, what is going on? So I go in for a cardiology workup because they're like, well, let's just make sure that it's nothing with the heart.

I run on the treadmill, heart is completely fine, right? Go to pulmonologist, the lung doctor, do all these breathing tests and they go, nope, your lungs are perfectly fine.

The lung doctor said the med that they had you on for pluralcy were probably making it worse because it seems like you could have acid reflux and the pain meds that you were on make acid reflux worse.

And if you're laying down for two weeks, you know, it could have just amplified what was going on. So he recommended that I go to the ENT, your nose throat doctor went there, got scoped where they take that really thin little microscope, put it down your nose down the back of your throat, I know too much information.

And when she looked down there, she was like, well, you have a terrible case of allergies, which I do, it's fall right now and my ragweed allergies are off the charts.

But she said, you do have acid reflux and she said, I can tell that because your larynx is completely swollen and inflamed. So she said, acid reflux is the number one thing that mimics heart attacks because what people call

heartburn or these different things, it's really this pain inside your chest or it can be this deep pain inside your chest.

And she goes on top of that, you know, you could have a case of reflux laryngeitis, which isn't like regular laryngeitis, right, where it just goes away in two to three weeks.

Reflux laryngeitis is reflux that affects the voice from what I'm understanding and creates a, you know, vocal cord issue.

And that can take three, six, 12 months to heal because you're probably like, Julie, you don't have laryngeitis, I hear you talking right now.

I'm okay to talk for a little bit, but when I start talking for a long time, it starts to develop that pain inside my chest.

And it becomes, I'm just going to say it excruciating like just in tears. So I love, like I can't even tell you, I love, love, love, love.
