food travel log bonanza that you just want to binge on. She eats and cooks with artisans, chefs and

home cooks and teaches us the science behind what makes our food taste great.

Her travels across Italy, Japan, Mexico and back to her home state of California, make for absolutely compelling watching.

She does everything from pesto making to salt harvesting and, of course, a great deal of cooking.
