So we start really back in 2014, which was when a company

by the name of Locksmith Animation came into existence. Now Locksmith got its name from its co-founder,

Sarah Smith and Julie Lockhart, a director and producer who met working at Ard during their time at Ardman. Elizabeth Murdoch came in as a co-founder as well.

And it launched with the idea of making high-end digitally animated films in the UK, that this was generally the domain of Hollywood or illumination in France or, you know, the the pixels people like that and the idea was could
