I turned 35 last week and something that has been so freeing for me is I stopped

dating at the end of my 20s for a year and a bit and then I started dating again

when I was thirsty with the sole goal of finding a life partner and someone

to have children.

Yeah right.

And there were like relationships I had at the very beginning of my 30s where we didn't see

it through because I said to the person I'm looking for something serious and they said well I'm not and the

worst thing would be for us to go out for a couple of years and then you be 35 and single without a baby

and it was kind of my biggest fear and like it's happened everything I didn't want to happen has happened and I'm so happy.
