where I woke up and I thought I know it's typical Thursday nothing crazy going on and then like once reality sets in you're like oh yeah

Nix haven retired yesterday that's gonna be my entire day today Oh, I woke up like it was Christmas morning. I woke up. I stretched

texted my mom. I said good morning. Nick Saban's not at Alabama.

It was a great morning. I went to work. I got dressed up. It was cool.

Well, Nick Saban is at Alabama because he still showed up for work because what else would

Nick Saban do?

Of course he did.

I mean how long is that going to take to coach shot. Think about that. So programmed, it's so

routine oriented that you know this morning it was Weather Channel, it was

Oatmeal Cream Pies, it was driving to work just like nothing had changed at all.

Obviously, you know, the circumstance is a little bit different.

I can't remember where he said it, but he was he was like yeah I wanted to make sure I was available for anybody that wanted to be able to talk about the transition, blah, blah, blah. Even when he is retired, Nick Saban is working. Of course he is not a surprise. You got to think too like the habits and stuff that

Sabon was able to probably tell him this Terry like, hey I'm a football coach I got to do. A good example is probably like dipping. Like he had all those

dip cups through his car. I bet Miss Terri he's like, all right don't have to you know have the little thing to get you through the day you got to cut you got to quit that I'm sure he's like dang it. He is gonna play so much pickleball. So much.

Oh my gosh.

I'm happy for him.

Yeah.

I am too.

And then there have been a lot of things set and written in the day I guess it's been since we found that news out.
