The passage of California's anti-gay Proposition 8 seems to have had little effect on showtime.

In fact, the pay cable network, sometimes called the gay cable network, was already known for shows like Queer's Folk and The L Word. But now, their same-sex partnering with the decidedly un-gay

comic book legend, Stan Lee. Lee will produce a new hour-long show about a gay teenage superhero

who struggles to keep two secret identities hidden. He's a spandex wearing crime fighter,

and he's a guy who just really likes spandex. The show is based on the novel Hero by Perry Moore,

who's adapting it for the screen. Confounding those on the religious right who are sure to be

offended by the new show, Moore is also the producer of the not-so-suddly Christian-themed

Chronicles of Narnia films. Meanwhile, as the website Defamer recently noted, the last remaining

Disney Channel actress not to have nude photos of herself leak online has leaked. Adrian Bailon, a member of

Disney's Cheetah Girls musical trio, announced that her

laptop had been stolen, that nude photos of herself were now at large, and that she was going to sue
