This is a daily podcast that motivates you to create and sustain a habit of walking. Today's 10-minute walk starts in just a moment.

Today's walk might actually sound very similar to previous walks, but for me it looks pretty different.

Eva and I are visiting our youngest daughter, Emma, and her husband.

They live in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and we are renting an Airbnb in Palm City, Florida,

which is about 10 minutes from where Emma and Noah live.

As Airbnbs go, pretty run-of-the-mill. It's a room above a garage, renovated room.

I guess you could call it a studio apartment, one room, sleeping area, sitting area, kitchen, and a bathroom.

But it's not the sleeping area that attracted us to this Airbnb.

It's the backyard, which we have full access to.

The owner who lives in the house that is attached to the garage.

Said we have total privacy.

It has an outdoor kitchen,

Tiki bar, huge hot tub, and it's on a canal.

So I got up early this morning. This is one of those rare mornings where coffee happened before the walk,

made a cup of coffee, went out, Ava was still asleep, went

out to the sitting area and watched the sun come up.

There was a boat that was leaving from, I don't know where, and heading to I don't know

where, but it was just cool watching the boat
