I have to admit, the topic of disaster survival comes up in my house probably more often than

most. My husband has just a touch of what some people might call a prepper in him. But for better or

worse, we're also just planners, warriors, always concerned with worst-case scenarios and, well, being prepared.

I actually have a bag in my office in DC with sneakers, a map, water, and a protein bar

in case I ever had to make it back to my family and the burbs on foot.

And in fact, we already had some masks in the house stashed away when the coronavirus

hit. So my interest was immediately peaked when I saw a Heritage Foundation op-ed explaining the

type of person who survives a major disaster. In today's episode, we run through the five character traits
