podcast. My name is Thomas Frank and this is a show that helps you become a more effective student.

And in today's episode I'm talking with two guys, Adam Hewitt and Janette Kalmotti.

Now they are the co-founder, two of the co-founder, they're actually three in total I believe, of a site called brain.

And brain.FM is a web app that generates artificially intelligent music that's supposed to help you focus and study better.

And I found this a few weeks ago on a site called Product Hunt that posts lots of new products

and apps that come out all the time, and I was interested in it because I'm always looking for new study music and study music that is specifically designed to help you study better is definitely going to be interesting to me.

And what I found really interesting about the site is they actually have

research that they've conducted with one of their co-founders who is a

neuroscientist on people to see whether their music helps people study better

than silence or other music and they've like hooked people up to EEG machines and measured brain wave responses and all these cool things

So I thought that this was just like a really cool topic to dive into. I'm really
