Have you ever felt imposter syndrome before? Put simply, it’s the feeling that you’re a fraud or that you don’t belong in a space where you are - even though you have legitimate skills and effort that got you there. We may struggle with imposter syndrome for many reasons: we’re trying something new, we’ve become the little fish in a big pond, or we just feel like a phony or a fraud when pursuing something we’re passionate about. We often talk ourselves out of the thing we want to do for fear of not being good enough, and we worry that we don't have what it takes. “Who am I to do this” stampedes its way through our brain at the WORST possible times. (Like at the exact moment we’re about to make a leap forward.) In this episode, Erin highlights things to pay attention to in your life and questions to ask yourself when you experience this phenomenon.
