So, I'm dropping into your feed today with a brief update for our event in Orlando tomorrow.

There's been a slight last-minute venue change for the presentation on making Mary Poppins.

Last night I received an email that the museum where the event was scheduled to be held had electrical issues accompanied by smoke, which led to the

fire marshal closing the building to the public until it could be fully inspected. But Aaron over

at White Rose Books of Kissemi is a wonder worker and quickly found us a new location. Instead,

we will now meet at the West Osceola branch of the public

library in their presentation room. This is the library that's usually referred to the

Celebration Public Library. It's about a mile from the downtown village area of Celebration.

We will also have this presentation a little earlier than planned.

We will meet this Saturday, December 13th at 4.30 p.m. as the library closes at 6. But there are some

really nice benefits to this new plan. First of all, it's free now and open to the public.

Though there once was going to be a $5 per person charge to use the museum, the presentation

room at the library has been offered to us without charge as a community event.

Second, the Celebration Public Library is really, really close,

and by that I mean about a mile away from the village area in Celebration, which is presently decked

out for the holidays. In the evening, they have this faux ice skating rink they have a Santa's village and lots of shops

and restaurants all dressed up with decorations and lights you can easily come to the

presentation at the celebration library and then afterwards once it's dark head over to

the village area in celebration for a night of holiday festivities.

And lastly, the celebration library is a really comfortable space.

I just went over there to make sure the presentation slides would hook up to their system,

and I think this is going to be a lovely and very comfortable venue for the presentation.
