We've got Phil Waters, F I L and Phil Ramos,

P H I L, I'm gonna introduce them in just one moment,

but we're gonna focus a large portion of this show on Rachel Moran and I let her family

known I've been in touch with them six months it's been since she was murdered in a very

vicious and vile way by an unknown assailant on a nature trail in Maryland

called the Ma and Paw Trail.

Well authorities just this week after all that time have finally released a sketch of the suspect as you'll

remember there's some video of him just a side angle and this is all in an

effort to breathe new life into the unsolved crime and the mother of five she was a

mom of five she left her a run on that Monpaw Heritage Trail last August it's hard to believe that all that time has passed already

she never came back home who better to ask about this I don't want to date these

guys but together I think they have 175 years of homicide

experience between them so it is quite impressive literally two of the best

homicide detectives in all the land first First off the man who's always

here, America's most respected detective Phil Waters, spent decades in law

enforcement becoming an expert at obtaining criminal confessions,

something like a 95 or 93% confession rate,
