0:56.5 | When he got sick, she called me in the car on my way to work and I just, without even, I just turned my car around. |
1:03.5 | And she's like, no, you got to go to work. I know you have this, this, this, this to do today. |
1:06.5 | And it was like, no, it's really easy, Heather, to do this. |
1:10.5 | That will be okay. I'll just do, I'll get everything covered, like as we are driving down, you know, it's Connecticut, the next state over. |
1:16.5 | So again, it makes it really simple to make some harder decisions. |
1:21.5 | If you make the decisions ahead of time by prioritizing. |
1:24.5 | We are here because we know the outcomes in our lives are within our control. |
1:29.5 | That taking absolute ownership of how we eat, sleep, train, think and connect with each other is how we'll optimize our health and happiness. |
1:37.5 | That chasing excellence is how we grab hold of what is possible. |
1:41.5 | Our mission is to live on the run. |
1:43.5 | Always chasing, never stop. |
