Greetings and welcome to a Friday edition of the shotgun start. It is June 9th. Andy, how are we doing?

Brendan, I'm doing great. I feel like we're getting so close to the US open. I'm just, I'm really excited to spend the tournament I'm most looking forward to and you know, I think this week took a little bit away from the buzz and that's a shame because I think the thing that we've learned this week a little bit is like the majors kind of stand on their own.

I don't think that they are necessarily on, you know, I don't think they're safe person.

Completely immune or walled off.

But again, it's just a reiteration as the last two years have been that the PGA tour is just, it sucks, you know, just in general.

I'm excited. Next time I will see you, next time podcast, we will be in person in Los Angeles area. I can't wait to get down there.

This is a little, whatever, a four pod week. It was a big week, but we'll have the dailies next week from the US open that you've come to know and love since our really a first major together.

Can I tell a story of not a humorous story, but a music story of our house?

You can tell it. Yeah. Yeah. So pretty good. I booked the address. Tell everybody to come by. I booked this house months ago.

I wanted to be on top of it. I wanted to be close like worst case we could walk to the course.

And you know, one of the things with the LA market is it seemed like they didn't even, they weren't even aware that the US open was happening.

So like, you know, at the bar kind of a reverse Augusta situation where everybody knows that week prices are up 200%.

So like there, it's just like the normal week pricing. And June's not, June's not like a great month to go to LA because of June gloom.

So it's like sometimes under pricing. So anyway, it's a book to place. I was excited. You know, it's a great house.

You know, probably the best house that we've ever stayed in.

And we had a big crew come in. We have a big crew coming out.

And anyways, I was messaging with the host because Matt from our team needs to get in early.

Or is getting in before 4 p.m. So I'm asking for an early check in and he's messages me back.
