mainstream commercial media.

But this subject is just too important.

That's why on the show today, we are once again

going to talk about Brett Kavanaugh.

And we've done a number of shows on that in the past couple of months.

We spoke to Robert Weisman, a public citizen, about the report they put out detailing how as a lower court judge

Brett Kavanaugh came down on the side of corporate interests over the public interest

an astounding 87% of the time and he also whiffed on the two civil rights cases put before him.
