Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of Impact Quotes, your weekly dose of the

quotes that I've come across in the world that struck me that I think were amazing, that

This week, for whatever reason, I've gone with a sports theme.

This is one of those things that really, if you're trying to be an entrepreneur, if you're

trying to be a better parent, really no matter what it is that you're trying to do, this

is the central theme that you need to have at the core of your being, is you've got to

be really willing to put yourself out there.

You've got to be really willing to try.

The thing that holds most people back is that they never actually get out there and do

something, but the important thing about this quote that I think to recognize is what

he means by the word try, because he's not just talking about getting up and giving an

effort.

He's talking about totally committing to something, totally going in and really putting

your all into everything and doing everything you can and your power to give you the best

chance of being successful.

That's what Jordan was known for was just his insane work ethic.
