We as an industry need to make it easy for the users to enjoy, flow through music, but through micro payments.

The connection between the artist and the fan is so far away now because it's just this piece of audio that goes into a

playlist and there's so much music and I haven't got time to find out about that

person. The music industry doesn't help you if your mental state is going down a certain

direction and they do tend to feed off that.

One of the coolest parts of what I do is when I get to sit down with someone who is a polymath, someone who has multiple talents across multiple disciplines and I would say Imogen Heep is one of them and she is the

musician the futurist the technologist that I got to talk to this week she has been at the cutting edge of bringing technology into music

from the beginning of her career. She's also pushed technology to create better music and now finally she's using

blockchain technology to allow the music industry to compensate musicians fairly

and that's a pretty incredible trifecta

from a pretty amazing woman who I found out in the show
