So we were just discussing a little bit about your work, particularly on the immigration

issue.

You've had a hell of a couple of weeks, it sounds like, because you've recently returned.

I'm assuming from the border, from Mexico, where have you been recently, Jenny?

I've been in El Paso, where the president just visited on his first border trip.

So I was there right when he came, and then there was a bipartisan Senate delegation that

followed that visit.

And obviously, we know that's an area that's been a hotspot for crossings in December,

with kind of this anticipation that ended up being title 42, not ending.

So you had a huge surge there.

What happened?

What did you see?
