0:52.5	on Tuesday. What did we learn? Well, Eric, I think we learned that Raymond Deerey,
0:58.3	the special master, 78-year-old long-time judge on the foreign intelligence surveillance court,
1:04.8	who Donald Trump and his team thought maybe would be a friendly for him. Then he's so far
1:10.7	anything but he's really come out of the gate saying the former president's lawyers have
1:16.8	until the end of this month to actually raise any factual disputes. He's saying they need to go
1:22.1	on the record in court and say whether they actually think FBI agents lied about what was seized.
1:28.0	Or whether they don't think that. Jenny Thomas, who's the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence
1:33.0	Thomas and a conservative activist, has agreed to sit down for a voluntary interview with the
1:38.0	House January 6th Select Committee. What's the significance of this? I mean, it could be very
1:43.6	significant. Of course, it's obvious why the committee has wanted to talk to her for months now.
1:49.6	Text messages that have been obtained, reporting that has been out there in the public eye for
1:54.6	months now, that showed that Jenny Thomas had played quite an active role once upon a time in
2:01.1	encouraging Mark Meadows. You remember that was former president Trump's then chief of staff,
2:05.4	encouraging Mark Meadows to get involved in trying to overturn the 2020 election. We know that
