So my name's Eden El Getty and my pronouns are she, her, and this context I describe myself as a swimmer.

I have to agree with Eden. Swimmer is a great way to describe her in this context.

Eden is a contributor to Women in Water,

In the book, Eden shares a bit about herself as both a wild and a pool swimmer in the United

Kingdom. I adore the first line in her profile. Quote, I often joke through winter that I'd be more than happy to not swim and just turn up for the post-swim coffee and cake.

Of course, she goes on to share that she has always swam one given the opportunity and has taken her so many places.

Swimming also helped Eden through a challenging time.

In a documentary film called Eden, she dives deep into that challenge, which is related to her ability to procreate as a transgender woman.

Today's conversation isn't about that, though.

It's about where Eden is at in her swimming life today.

But I started an interview by asking her to read her final fitting words from the end of that documentary.
