I’ve been getting a lot of requests to share some specific imaginal techniques that have radically changed my life for the better in a very short period of time.
I can vouch for the efficacy of these techniques through direct experience, but PLEASE don’t take my word for it.
My favorite thing about these techniques is you can try them yourself to see if they work.
If they don’t, then I’m just a nutball with a podcast who think consciousness precedes external reality. But if they do work then you got some stuff to sort out and play around with.
The basic guidelines before getting started:
Have an ethical framework or foundation you bring to your imaginal acts. Personally, I like the Golden Rule and Know Thyself as my go to ethical guidelines.
If my premise is accurate and imagination literally creates reality as we know it, that’ gonna change your world. Be ready for that. It’s hard to go back once you’ve drunk from these waters.
Have fun, stay cool and bring love.
That’s it.
Techniques covered in this episode:
Imaginal Acts / Selecting Your Reality With Imagination
The Art Of Revision / Healing Trauma + Rewriting The Past with Imagination

0:00.0 | Golden silver behind the eye, |
0:03.0 | temporary reaching high. |
0:16.0 | Come and eat from heaven's store, come and drink and thirst, snow. |
0:26.6 | So weep not for me, my friend, when my time below does it? Welcome to Synchronicity. |
0:58.8 | We're doing another blast from the past for a few reasons. |
1:01.9 | So I'll be completely candid and say that the episodes that I have recorded for this coming week are on an SD card back in upstate New York and I am in Brooklyn. I've been |
1:12.3 | here for almost a week and I don't have them. So that's being perfectly candid and transparent. |
1:17.8 | However, I will say the feedback for the last episode last week where it was a revisit of Reality |
1:25.7 | 101 got such a positive feedback and it occurred to me that like a revisit of Reality 101, got such a positive feedback. |
1:29.3 | And it occurred to me that, like, a lot of people haven't heard those episodes. |
1:34.8 | And if you think about how you consume podcasts, that's pretty normal. |
1:37.8 | Like you stay up to date with the latest episodes. |
1:40.7 | Not a lot of people dig back into the archives, especially when something is going on a weekly basis. So it just occurred to me that a lot of people haven't heard those episodes from 2019, 2020, 2020. You know, it's been about five years, almost five years since some of those were recorded. Obviously, a lot has shifted. We've been through pandemics. We've been |
2:01.1 | through presidencies. We've been through all of the things that people can go through in this modern |
2:06.2 | day and age, right? So obviously, my tone of voice is a little bit different. I was in a different |
2:13.0 | place. It was just thinking back about what was going on in my life. It's pretty wild to see how much has changed in not the longest period of time, |
2:21.7 | but what feels like a longer period of time, given all of the stuff that is different now. |
2:27.0 | But yeah, there's a ton of good stuff back there. |
2:29.8 | I'm not going to do this every week. |
2:31.6 | Don't worry. |
2:32.1 | It's not just turning into the best of synchronicity every week. |
2:35.5 | But based on the feedback, people really enjoyed hearing those. |
