I’ve been getting a lot of requests to share some specific imaginal techniques that have radically changed my life for the better in a very short period of time.

I can vouch for the efficacy of these techniques through direct experience, but PLEASE don’t take my word for it.

My favorite thing about these techniques is you can try them yourself to see if they work.

If they don’t, then I’m just a nutball with a podcast who think consciousness precedes external reality. But if they do work then you got some stuff to sort out and play around with.

The basic guidelines before getting started:

Have an ethical framework or foundation you bring to your imaginal acts. Personally, I like the Golden Rule and Know Thyself as my go to ethical guidelines.
If my premise is accurate and imagination literally creates reality as we know it, that’ gonna change your world. Be ready for that. It’s hard to go back once you’ve drunk from these waters.
Have fun, stay cool and bring love.

1:40.7	Not a lot of people dig back into the archives, especially when something is going on a weekly basis. So it just occurred to me that a lot of people haven't heard those episodes from 2019, 2020, 2020. You know, it's been about five years, almost five years since some of those were recorded. Obviously, a lot has shifted. We've been through pandemics. We've been
2:01.1	through presidencies. We've been through all of the things that people can go through in this modern
2:06.2	day and age, right? So obviously, my tone of voice is a little bit different. I was in a different
2:13.0	place. It was just thinking back about what was going on in my life. It's pretty wild to see how much has changed in not the longest period of time,
