Welcome. It is verdict with Senator Ted Cruz. Ben Ferguson with you and Senator, today could be a very

big day when it comes to news coming from the Supreme Court. Well, that's exactly right. Later this

morning, the Supreme Court is expected to hand down its decision and the Colorado decision.

The Colorado Supreme Court had thrown President Trump off of the ballot, and of course Maine had done so as well,

and just last week, Illinois jumped into the mix. We'll discuss all of that and explain what to

expect. Beyond that, BlackRock, the massive, massive financial company that really has been

one of the critical, if not the critical driver of ESG,

the environmental and social justice movement, just made a filing with the SEC, where they

admitted that this has been an economic disaster, that they're losing billions. We'll get into that

as well. And then finally, we're going to get into some

of the really major testimony that the Biden family has been giving in Congress behind closed doors.

Both Hunter Biden and James Biden, Joe's brother, have admitted that multiple things Joe said

were just flat out lies.
