is Illinois interior defensive lineman, Jörzahn Newton who I talked to back in January.

He's my number one defensive tackle in college football and he's a top 10 player overall

in the country in my opinion.

He's also the number one defensive tackle in the 2024 NFL draft, according to PFF's

draft analyst Trevor Sikama and Connor Rogers.

You know, where you weren't able to get up high school, Illinois wasn't really talked

about, you know, at all, either.

So whenever you're good to go, I'm all good to go.

All right, I had a high school, you know, I wasn't highly recruited, but like, I had a

lot of full of type offers, you know, I feel like I've always been like the underdog

because of my size, like a lot of guys that like were highly recruited way before me.

But I mean, I never like got frustrated, I always just like, I knew my time would come

someday, college is no like, like good or bad, I mean, it's really going to dominate

or you're just going to be like a average player.
