Hello everybody and welcome back to our second episode on my illegal migrant pushbacks as the Lithuanian border.

So Sergei, there have been some new developments in Lithuania that may help reduce illegal migrant

So I'm back with you today, a month after our last talk, to find out what has changed.

So to my understanding, there have been two court decisions that are highly interesting to us.

There was a final decision of the of the administrative courts, on the

preliminary ruling of the Court of Justice, that the pushback policies and detention policies

that we spoke about that are applicable in Lithuania at the moment are illegal. Last time we
