A new type of criminal charge is being used against illegal immigrants working in the United States.

And this is a big deal.

Individuals are being charged with, quote, aggravated identity theft, which suggests the

administration is now enforcing a crime that is commonly committed by illegal immigrant

workers.

This is ICE on this. It says U.S. Immigration

Customs Enforcement, their Homeland Security Investigations, special agents in collaboration

with federal state and local law enforcement, partners executed a federal search warrant at Buckeye

Fire Equipment Company, June 25th, as part of an active ongoing criminal investigation.

It says this operation specifically focused on serious allegations of aggravated identity
