settling in Coventry. Compton Verney, to be precise, which is exhibiting the enigmatic artist's

absurd, funny and boldly prophetic work 60 years on from her debut. I caught up with Ila Collie,

Compton Verne's curator of folk art and indeed the curator

of the exhibition, Troublemakers and Profits, Elizabeth Allen and other visionary artists,
