Thanks. I'm so excited to be here.

I'm so excited to have you. We have a similar background.

You're sitting in front of stacks and stacks of books and so am I so I think we are destined to be

friends. We have come together because we are going to be at possibly two conventions

together maybe one I don't know I should have probably asked you,

together this year later in Texas, and one of the conventions is in Houston and one's in Dallas,

and they're coming up. And so what I've been trying to do on the podcast this year is to highlight

the geographical area of these conventions and then also talk a little bit about them.

So Thera is a part of THSC, which stands for Texas Home School Coalition, and they put on two conferences every year, right?

Yes.

Because Texas is huge.

So I'm just a volunteer right now.

I used to work on their events team years ago before I was married.

And I just love their events so much that I just they can't get rid of me. I just keep volunteering.

Well, so I texted my friend Stephanie who works for THSC and I said I'm really hoping to do a podcast it's kind of last minute I'm always kind of last minute but do you have anyone in mind that could talk about cool things in Texas and she immediately sent me back your name and then I've gone down the rabbit hole on your

fantastic resources there and then on your Instagram as well so it's been fun getting to know you in this

stalker sort of way before we got a chance to be in person.
