Ike Steadier-Hose and we have a great show for you guys today. It's been a few weeks,

it's been a few weeks, a lot has gone down. I mean, it was tough right after that loss

in the NFC championship game. It was tough. So we wanted to get our head straight, let

some time pass, but we're back with another tremendous episode. I'm joined by my co-host

We've had about a week or two to digest everything that transpires when we last spoke and there

was some emotions that were just letting fly out there. So I know I let mine out. I thought

since then, so I'm excited to get into it. So we got a great show for you today.
