I was all right, I was steady, I kept it quite chilled. I had lots of water which is a good

move on my part. I think the best sort of like explanation of my mental state at the end of that night was that when I got

home I remember that my girlfriend had made a sag panier and I just scooped it out of

the pan with my bare hands and shoveled it into my mouth.
