looked like it was going to be quite a slow day but then good old I-fab

thought let's throw in a blue card for a Thursday and see what we can get out of it.

This is the new proposal which is set to come out tomorrow.

Top-tier competition excluded from initial.

So there's going to be initial testing first at lower leagues.

But here's the basis of it.

Fowls that prevent a promising attack,

all descent will result in a blue card

which you'll see that player removed

from the pitch for 10 minutes.

If you receive two blue cards for a combination of a yellow and a blue, you'll be getting a red card.

FIFA have come out and said, calm down. This is going to happen anytime soon.

It's going to be tested at much lower league levels before we go anywhere

near contemplating is going to happen, but we may as well discuss it.

muppets that run the game because we're in a scenario where it's already difficult enough for the officials

they can't even implement the yellow and red cards properly. Right.
