If you are wondering why we will never have free college in the United States and why we will continue to lag behind other countries in reading and writing, it's because the only voter base that is still voting Republican is non-college educated whites.

your loans for your choices. No, that's not how it works. And the only way the Republican Party can stay in power is by making sure that as few

white people get a college education as possible.
