going to be speaking about in Self-Cocaching society this month. It's something that's come

up a lot and it's something that I wanted to share about on this episode too because if

you can win at this thing you can win at life.

Can you guess what it is? It's rejection. rejection, I swear to you, if you change your relationship with rejection in my mind, I'm giving it inverted commas right or

perceived rejection oh my gosh if you can get good at that you will become

excellent at life I joke if you're in self-coaching society, you know this. I joke often

that I'm rejection proof. Like no one can reject me because, drum roll, all rejection my friends is actually self rejection. If I put my name

forward for something and for whatever reason the answer is a no that doesn't have to mean anything

to me it can mean a couple of things it can mean the isn't great. It can mean it's not the right divine opportunity for me.

It can mean that actually, probably there are a few other places that I should be submitting myself or my ideas. And then finally the way that I always think about it is

there is something else a greater power that's in control. But that never stops me from going for it. Right? I go for it, right? To me, no is nothing.
