My name's Tara and welcome to a very special episode of Kowabana, true Japanese scary stories from around the internet.

Why is this episode special?

Because this week is a special double-length episode.

But not only that, I'm going to be reading you my absolute favorite story that I've translated so far.

I came across this story a few months back, and from the moment I started reading it, I was taken in.

It was quite long, spread over three separate posts, but once I started, I couldn't stop.

I finished the whole story, start to finish, and I knew then and there that I had to translate

it, no matter what.

It took me about a week or so to finish it, but it was beyond worth it to be able to share

this story with a whole new audience.

This is a unique story, in that it's the only of its kind I've ever seen presented this

way.

This is not your traditional creepypasta or blog entry where someone is retelling a scary experience they had. This is more like a script.

It contains nothing but the dialogue between a young man and a woman. Their banter is truly

impressive and what sucked me into the story in the first place. But that's enough from me.
