I can tell that you ain't never loved nothing enough, or dangerously found yourself in a position of loving someone more than you love yourself.

I can tell that you ain't never lost nothing that you loved, and had to make peace with the fact that it ain't never coming back, and if it did, it wouldn't be the same, or it would come with a cost.

I can tell that you ain't never lost it all. And had to piece it all back together with

the crumbs that you had left, you ever sit across the dinner table with a person that you would

do anything for and you too disgusted to look their ass in the face? While they stumble over

their words saying that they're sorry and they made a mistake, you ever have somebody that you can't

imagine your life without just walk out the door?

Because they wake up when they're in the side of life with you.

Ain't something that they're interested in no more.

And now you've got to force your heart and mind and get on the same page

because you can't understand why you still love somebody who would treat you this way.

But good memories don't just disappear when your view of somebody changed.

And we all know that sometimes to not be chosen is the blessing.

But that don't stop it from hurting so bad and not slipping into a depression.

Trying to rationalize it and make it make sense with God.

Like, what do you want me to learn from this? What's the lesson?

Sometimes we're too busy internalize and not being chosen to even see the message.

I can tell that you ain't never lost nothing that you've loved.

You too careless, you too reckless, why you got to lose something to be grateful?

I can tell you you ain't never loved nothing enough.

Or dangerously found yourself in a position of loving somebody more than you loved yourself.
