Oh, and what a year. It's gonna it's gonna be. I mean, I have no idea actually.

I just realized that I should probably open up this intro sheet because I'm really professional.

I just forgot we were putting a podcast. That's our latest theme our latest howl bonus episode

got a plug it. I was stoned because just sometimes you need to be stoned right and I kept

forgetting that we were on the mics and I do that frequently even when I'm not stoned. Yeah me

me too. I think that's a sign though. That's why we're like so mad real and shit.

Okay, so what we were to talk about New Year's what did everyone do and by everyone I mean you and me

because we're the people here. I took a 11 30 p.m. yoga class on New Year's yeah and the instructor

went eight seven seven we were doing a plank. It was awesome. That's cool. I was like I need to do

something different. I don't want to be around drunkies. Yeah. I want to be with only people

that I love and I want to have good conversation because fuck small talk. I don't care.

About your life. I care. I want to like hang out with people that I care about. So we were holding

a plank as the instructor all of a sudden I counted down and then she made us hold it for 30 more

seconds and I was like this was it was it was my favorite New Year's I've ever had in my entire

life. Did Stephen come? Yeah. Stephen it was me Stephen Melissa my friend Claire McGinley.

He's in an awesome band called Gina Davis. I was gonna say I heard I saw something about Claire and

I was like I don't know this one. Claire is one of my favorite. She's one of the best people ever

and it was so special. It was just a four of us and my but my nose I haven't got a nose bleed
