Hi there.

So we're a family of six and we're relocating to Tuto Promotion and just wanting to be close

to family.

Cool.

And while we're selling our home, we are now renting from our family with low payments,

but it's in an area that has some done violence and drugs close by.

Now we can use what we earned from selling our house to pay off student debt and medical

debt, or we can put a large down payment on a new house that would be in a much better

area.
