This week we're processing the landmark ruling the Supreme Court handed down on Monday, July 1st, and

Trump v United States.

The court decided that presidents are immune from criminal prosecutions for acts they carry out

in their official capacity as leaders.

Later on in the show, we turn to our panel to evaluate what that ruling means for the power of

the Oval Office, our Democracy, and the former president.

But first we start with our current president.

Friday evening, President Biden sat down for a one-on-one with ABC's George Stephanopoulos.

When asked about his debate performance, the president had this to say.
